PRESS RELEASE. A special sale of TimeCoin tokens (TMCN) began on February 15, 2021, at a 93% discount to the token’s current market value.

The token was issued on the 11th. November 2020 launched on BitForex as an IEO at an initial price of $0.7. After launch, the price rose to $11 and it has continued to rise. On the 18th. In February 2021, the price of TMCN reached a record high of $8,500, more than 12,142 times the original price. TimeCoin has been available since the 24th. The TimeCoinProtocol project was initially funded by a few investors who invested about $4 million, and only a very limited number of tokens were launched.

Now, thanks to the special token sale, tokens are sold on the over-the-counter market. The project has repurchased most of the tokens available in the market so as not to increase selling pressure.

Tokens can also be traded on other cryptocurrency exchanges in the future.

So far there have been no public or private sales of TimeCoin, but a fairly small number of tokens were sold during the IEO.

The special token sale is specifically designed to raise funds for the development and improvement of the project and in particular for the eSportStars dApp, which launched in October 2020 and is expected to grow faster than expected. The project requires additional development and implementation of theFi and NFT functionality in TimeCoinProtocol and new tools to support development and marketing costs.

Therefore, it was decided to launch two special off-market token sales to introduce DeFi functionality for eSportStars and TimeTicket dApps to enable fans to support creators such as eSports players, streamers, VTubers, etc.

This allows creators and fans to receive additional tokens, as well as in-game items, artwork and anime characters traded through NFT.

Of the total 100,000,000 TMCN tokens available, 10,000,000 tokens will be sold in the two special token sales.

The first was on February 15 and lasted until February 30. April 2021. 5,000,000 TMCN tokens will be offered for sale at a price of 0.00004 BTC, which is more than 90% of the current market value.

The second will start on 1 May 2021 and end on 31 December 2011. May 2021. It covers an additional 5,000,000 TMCN at 0.00009 BTC, which is more than 80% of the current market value.

The total amount expected to be raised is approximately $10 million.
